No more progress narratives

No more progress narratives, a movement-music installation by Sarah Lass and Stephen Dillon, traces the echo of a single gesture, meditating on the relationship between the subtle and the seismic and honoring the unexpected paths that transformation takes. Located in and around the High Iron site, the durational performance invokes the railroad’s complex legacy as both mark and metaphor. Visitors are invited to move around and through the space while the installation unfolds.

Sarah Lass is a dancer, choreographer, and writer. Stephen Dillon is an author, musician, and photographer. Both teach at the University of Wyoming.
