Following the I-80 corridor — the spine of the transcontinental railroad — through the former rail towns of Wyoming. Five cities. Five years. One boxcar.

2024–25 Laramie

Laramie, Wyoming

Debut stop. The boxcar arrived by semi and crane on May Day 2024 and opened to the public on September 27, 2024.

Cheyenne, Wyoming Open 4th of July

2027 Rawlins

Rawlins, Wyoming

Carbon County — site of deep coal and rail history. Dates TBA.

2028 Rock Springs

Rock Springs, Wyoming

Sweetwater County — home of the 1885 Rock Springs massacre and one of the most diverse communities in the 19th-century West. Dates TBA.

2029 Evanston

Evanston, Wyoming

Uinta County — the western terminus of High Iron's Wyoming journey along the I-80 corridor. Dates TBA.
